Fide… wow!

The saying goes that nobody is really complete until they’ve had a child, written a book and planted a tree in their garden. But I bet the person who coined that phrase hadn’t tried our fideuá. If they had, we can promise you they would have included it on their list of absolute musts. So, fasten your apron because today we’re upping the ante.

Talking about fideuá means talking about vermicelli noodles, shellfish, the Mediterranean  and, of course, Olive Oils from Spain. There are numerous versions of this dish, which is so typical of the east coast of Spain, but ours is the one we like best. What’s more, it’s really easy to make.

Fideuá with extra virgin olive oil

For starters, this is all you need:

And don’t even attempt to add or subtract ingredients. This is what it is. No more, no less; no less, no more! If you’ve got everything ready, you can now find out how easy it is to make by watching this video.

In the kitchen, simplicity can be an added value. And this is the case with fideuá. Just a few ingredients, but a whole lot of flavour. The end result is delicious, quick and healthy and is bound to seduce your stomach and your taste buds.

Enjoy it in style. The big noodle party is ready to start.
