Tartar Sauce recipe

Who knew that making your own tartar sauce was so easy. You can make this refreshing condiment for your fish and seafood dishes. This sauce is a great blend of tart pickles, citrusy lemon, and smooth mayonnaise, an exquisite combination that goes great on fish sandwiches or as a side! By using this recipe, you can ensure your tartar sauce is just the way you like it and can make it fresh every time! Try making it yourself! If you prefer a milder tartar sauce, then you can adjust the amount of capers or spices.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the mayonnaise.
  2. Finely chop the gherkins, capers, parsley and tarragon or dill.
  3. Add the finely chopped herbs and vegetables to the mayonnaise, along with the mustard and yoghurt, and season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
