Toasted sandwiches. One is never enough.

Making the same recipes time and again in the kitchen can be boring, but open toasted sandwiches offer infinite possibilities. Today’s offering is inspired by the unprecedented success of the open toasted sandwiches recipe we suggested a few days ago. If you’ve still got the taste for more, here’s another two recipes you’ll love.

Apart from being delicious, toast is so easy to make. In the blink of an eye, you can have an irresistible little snack on the table.  Toasted sandwiches are also the perfect solution for this time of year when everyone’s in a hurry and no-one seems to have time to eat.

The first step is to bake your slices of bread drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and scattered with rosemary and thyme. This will make them extra-crispy and delicious From here on in, you can top them with whatever you fancy or whatever ingredients you happen to find in the fridge. In a matter of seconds you’ve got a quick, healthy and delicious snack. The end result? A mouth-watering treat that you’ll want to repeat in any number of guises. The only limit is your imagination, or the contents of your fridge.
