Tropical fruit juice recipe

Method:

  1. Chop the pineapple into small pieces and place in a blender along with the soy milk and ginger.
  2. Before blending, pour in some Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain. We recommend using the Picual variety to give a touch of intensity to the smoothie.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together in the blender. Add some crushed ice and a few mint leaves.
