Baked pumpkin with herbs recipe

This baked pumpkin with herbs recipe will fill your entire house with a dreamy smell. This dish would be a healthy and flavorful side to any meal. However, it is perfect for holidays such as Thanksgiving or Christmas to warm up your house and spread a beautiful aroma throughout the house. By using Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain, which can even be infused with the herbs for a few days before hand, you can make this delightful dish. It will add color and vibrance to the table.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (top and bottom heat).
  2. Line an oven tray with baking parchment and arrange the pumpkin slices on it.
  3. Scatter the herbs over the slices evenly and season to taste.
  4. Place the whole, unpeeled garlic cloves around the slices.
  5. Drizzle generously with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain.
  6. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
