Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted

Instructions:

  2. With the processor running, drizzle in Spanish extra virgin olive oil until the tapenade reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the tapenade onto toasted baguette slices.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately for a burst of Mediterranean-inspired flavors.

 

Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach and Pinenuts
