Celebrate Australia Day with a barbecue with Olive Oils from Spain

The 26 January is Australia Day, a day when Australians get together and celebrate the very best of their exciting country  , including national role models such as Tim Conolan or Jacqueline Freney, two of the finalists for the “Australian of the Year” award and an example of the Aussie fighting spirit.

Being born with cerebral palsy hasn’t stopped Freney from becoming a competitive swimmer and winning eight gold medals at the 2012 Paralympic Games in London. Conolan, for his part, has spent more than ten years helping upwards of 4 million sick children and their families. Freney and Conolan are just two of the many Australians who will celebrate this very special national holiday.

Australia Day is the perfect occasion to share a delicious meal with your friends and loved ones. For that very reason, we’re offering you this stupendous recipe for a barbecue using Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain. What do you think?
