Ginger-glazed salmon

Return recipes

This ginger-glazed salmon recipe will make fish a weekly staple in your house, not only because it’s delicious, but because it’s also quick and easy to make.

This recipe is perfect for those following a healthy diet because it provides the benefits of Olive Oil, in addition to the Omega 3 in salmon.

The ginger glaze gives the recipe an aromatic touch.

How to make ginger-glazed salmon:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  2. In a small pot, mix the Olive Oil from Spain, honey, mustard, ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring.
  4. Grease a baking dish with Olive Oil from Spain and place the salmon fillets in the dish, skin side down. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Coat the salmon with the glaze.
